We supply meat for our store from our personal farm. We take pride in keeping our place well maintained and take the best possible care of our animals. Our intention is to satisfy our customers and providing well fed high quality livestock is the beginning of this process. We know everything about our beef before inspection. Running our own farm gives us the security of knowing that our beef products will always maintain the high quality status we have already achieved.
Our farm is very large. It consists of grassy fields, hill terrain and beef pens. These pens protect our livestock from the elements, diseases and any predators that may roam the countryside. Because of this, we know our healthy cattle will provide to our customers healthy high quality beef. The farm, the feedlot and the USDA inspection processing plant are within two miles of each other. This close proximity allows us to constantly monitor our beef and remain secure in knowing that the pride we take in our store is also carried over to our farm which is then extended to you, our customers.
