From the Fischer Farm or from a custom processing order Fischer's does it all. We process the meat from start to finish. We provide meat for our store, for individuals and for other retail businesses.
Fischer's does all the work on site. We have a USDA inspector who makes sure the item meets our high expectations. After approval the meat is slaughtered, cooled in holding coolers, and then processed according to what our customers request. We have our own sausage room, spice room, vacuum seal room, wrapping room, smokehouse room and large processing room.
Although all our machinery is state of the art, we still hand trim each of the 40 + products that we sell.
