Whether you want a single steak or a custom processed side of beef, we are here to make sure your experience is as convenient and pleasant as possible. We maintain a well stuffed and stocked full service meat counter with fresh cut and ground meats, sausages, cheeses, and lunch meats. No matter the size of your order, our polite service counter staff will slice and wrap your order to your specifications and in a timely manner. If we don’t have what you’re looking for in our case, our experienced butchers can cut almost anything you want, upon request.
Most of our sausage varieties are kept in our self-service counter, along with specialty cheeses and smoked cheeses. All of our sausages are produced on site in our sausage room and smoked in our on-site smokehouse. Both of which, you can observe through the windows placed directly over the case. While we do not produce cheese on-site, all the smoked cheeses are smoked in our smokehouses on site. Our service counter staff can help with any questions you might have about the sausages or cheeses, and any large orders. Our experienced sausage maker can make any custom sausage as long as it meets a 25lb. minimum order.
